Wanted to share a recent downtown testimonial...worth sharing! "...people that you talk to on the street are now thinking “Buy Local. Support Downtown….” It’s something I haven’t heard before. A downtown business man, for example, said that he’s transferring his family pharmacy business to Public Drug, just to support the downtown. He asked them to give him the cost of his/his families’ medications at Public Drug vs. the local mega chain….and it was only pennies more at Public Drug! What a great example of someone choosing to make a difference by supporting a downtown business. How do we tell these stories so that others can hear/ think about them? The fact that downtown business folks are thinking “buy local” is wonderful ~ and these aren’t the first floor shop owners; this fellow is in the U.S. Bank Building. Wow...!"
