The regular meetings of the BID Board are scheduled for the second Thursday of each month at 9am at the BID office located at 13 5th Street North. Meeting dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances. A notice will be published on this website to indicate cancellations or other changes. Special meetings may be scheduled during the year. Notice will be provided in accordance with the MCA open meeting laws. If you would like to add specific items to the agenda please contact the office by 10:00am the Monday before any meeting. Public access of minutes and agendas are available on our website and on the City of Great Falls website.
